You=E2=80=99ll need t= o show the electrician which receptacle you usually have your freezer plugge= d into and would like to have replaced. He=E2=80=99ll replace it with a rece= ptacle that isn=E2=80=99t gfi protected.

He=E2= =80=99ll also put in a gfi breaker into the electrical panel. The breakers a= re much less likely to give nuisance trips.

The gfi protecti= on is required in a garage so hopefully the gfi breaker will fix the issue y= ou=E2=80=99ve been having.
