My current credit score is about 600 with collections for payments I feel 
behind on during covid. I NEVER missed a mortgage payment. I had to make 
some tough decisions during that time and fell behind on credit cards due to 
unemployment (my pharmacy had to close due to successive COVID outbreaks and 
I was unable to travel the 1.5hr commute to the next closest pharmacy) and 
also due to hospital bills for my mother. I have been a pharmacist for 13 
years and have always been a responsible professional person. I was a home

fire and now I'm having a very hard time finding a rental property. I am

bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with approximately 2190 square feet of living
space plus a two car garage. In a great location with easy access to the
Orchards area of Vancouver, Prairie High School, shopping, dining, and SR
503. Cute back covered patio area and fenced yard provide a nice personal
outside space. Front yard maintenance is included in the rent so no need to
mow or weed the front area. You will need to water the front and back yards
to keep them green and mow and weed the backyard. Back yard mowing service
is available for an additional fee.

HOA--This property is part of an HOA (homeowner's association). We will
provide you with a copy of the rules of the HOA.
Lease Term-The minimum lease term is 12 months.

Rent --The base rent is $2,950/month due on the 1st of the month.  We use
