Security Deposit--The security deposit is 2x monthly base rent.  (This money
goes into a separate savings account until you move out, and is generally
returned in full unless needed for damages, unpaid utilities, etc.)

Move in Cost -- Before move-in, the total amount due will be the security

Regarding pets --We appreciate the value of pets and allow pets on a case by
