Hi Kim,

Sorry for the wait. I looked at your current lease and I could do a 9
month lease if you'd like. After that it could roll over to month to month
at 1.25 times your current rent if you're in the position where you are
waiting to close on a house. Or, depending on how your house hunting is
going, we can talk about a new lease at that point. Fingers crossed for
interest rates to fall!

Kelly

Hi Kelly,
Where did the year go! It feels like we just moved in!
Salmon Creek is going well and we all hope my appointment there will last
a while.
We have talked a little bit about eventually finding a place to buy, but
are hoping the interest rate will come down.
All of that to say we are hoping not to pack up and move next month!
Is it possible you would consider a lease less than 12 months in case we
find a good window to buy a home before next June?
Kim
