While the sprinkler system is working properly, the water lines in the back yard are coming out of the ground. I would think they should have been buried a bit deeper ( like 12") but it appears mother earth has pushed them upward. Probably should be retrenched before the winter comes 2. While the A/C and heat are working fine, it's been over two years and I would think the furnace and ducts should probably be checked. This year, we will be in Texas the month of November. Just let us know if you wish to have either or both of the above done so we can be home.
